Monday Bootcamp:
**5 Burpees in between each exercise
20 T Pushups
90 second wall sit with plates
40 Bosu In/Outs
20 Tricep Dips – Step
40 Russian Twists
25 Tuck Jump Squats
8 Diver Pushups
20 Jump Lunges/Leg
2 Sets Stairs (5 floors) in Between Each Round!
If this is not available to you - do 5 Suicide Sprints.
