Clean Banana oatmeal muffins, meal prep, & no guilt cheat meals.

Hey everyone! My business is really booming and that's why I've been MIA from blogging! I promise to try to be better at it. I'm going to be straight to the point today bc I have a very busy schedule! I have a bachelorette party all weekend for one of my best friends so I will be sure to post pics and tell you all about it next week! I packed my shakeology, peanut butter, & almond milk for the weekend along with apples for snacks, & a chicken/spinach/rice meal prep which I will share below.

Clean Banana Oatmeal Muffins
-2 cups oatmeal
-2 mashed bananas
-1/2 cup almond milk
-4 egg whites
-agave or honey to taste
-2 TBS natural PB (optional)
-Mix everything & bake in lines or greased muffin pan for 15-18 min at 350 degrees! You can freeze them for later too!

Just cleaning out the fridge with my omelette! Spinach/rice mixture I describe below with 3 eggs, tomatoes, almond milk, & reduced fat mozzarella cheese! Yum! I obviously covered it in hot sauce!

This was my no guilt cheat meal! Grilled thin slices of Italian bread, topped with organic spaghetti sauce, spinach/rice mixture, reduced fat mozzarella, chicken, & Siracha! 

My meal prep: baked chicken, sautéed spinach made with EVOO, garlic, & onion them cooked brown rice & added it to it. Added organic spaghetti sauce & reduced fat mozzarella cheese & a side of veggie/flax seed chips! Yum
